Chancellor's Suite
Retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city to the secluded Chancellor's Suite, located on the eighth floor of the Hotel Teatro. No interruptions are allowed within the wood-paneled walls surrounded by floor to ceiling views of the Rocky Mountains. Carefully selected original artwork, custom designed furnishings and excellent personnel will provide an exceptional environment for executive board meetings, social events or weddings. The Chancellor's Suite is 800 square feet, and comfortably accommodates 50 guests for receptions, executive retreats for 20 attendees and a formal board meeting for 12.
Center Stage - Stage left / Stage Right
Center Stage is located directly below the Hotel Teatro lobby, on the Concourse Level. The exquisite surroundings afford private, well-lit, flexible meeting space, ideal for leadership seminars, business workshops, banquets and corporate meetings. The Center Stage accommodates 50 person workshops, seminar classrooms for 30 attendees or a U-shape conference table to seat 25. Additionally, the room divides into two breakout rooms, Stage Left and Stage Right, accommodating 15 to 20 people each. The walls are designed to accommodate flipchart postings and a wide range of audiovisual needs. In-room alcoves, credenza buffets and the Concourse Foyer provide ideal refreshment locations.
Terrace
Our Terrace function space is tailored to meet our clients' demands while retaining the elegant style of our guestrooms. With state of the art technology and furnishings along with high vaulted ceilings, the space has a very distinct personality. It can accommodate private meetings, receptions and functions for up to 100 guests and includes a separate boardroom for twelve. The Terrace Room boasts 14' windows with a striking courtyard view.
Audio Visual Support
All standard audio visual equipment is available, including speakerphones, LCD video projectors, Pentium laptop or desktop computers and laser jet printers. A professional Conference Planner will assist with various meeting needs.
