Reservations may be canceled up to 4:00 pm MST, two days (48 hours) prior to arrival to avoid the fee of one night’s room and tax. Please note that advance purchase rates are non-refundable at the time of booking.
If you booked through Hotel Teatro website or made your reservation by calling our hotel directly, please contact one of our reservation agents at 888.727.1200. If you made your reservation through a third-party booking service such as Expedia, HotelTonight, etc., you will need to contact the third-party booking agent directly in order to make any changes.
We provide valet parking at the front entrance of Hotel Teatro. Overnight parking is $64 per vehicle, parked in an off-site, covered/gated garage with 24/7 security. EV charging station is available at the Hotel, one vehicle at a time Teatro (Tesla vehicles require the appropriate adapter); please see the valet for availability and assistance. We do provide event parking, and discounts to those dining in The Nickel restaurant and The Study Coffee & Wine bar.
Dog-friendly hotel, while we love all animals, we only allow dogs and only accept service animals defined as a dog that has been individually trained to do work or perform tasks for an individual with a disability. The task(s) performed by the dog must be directly related to the person’s disability. This does not apply to emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companion animals because they have not been trained to perform a specific job or task, and therefore do not qualify as service animals under the ADA. Dogs stay free (no weight limit) Limit of 2 dogs per room. Dog food bowl, water bowl, beds are available upon request. Dogs can not be left unattended in the room and will be charged $500 for disturbance or damage fees.
Housekeeping is available upon request. If you need fresh towels or replenishment of any items in your room, just dial 0 on your phone and member of our team will deliver them to your door.
Hotel Teatro is a 100% non-smoking property. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas. For the comfort of all guests, smoking is not allowed on the balconies of our balcony rooms. A fee of $500 per night will be applied if smoking is detected. This includes cigarettes, THC, Vapes, cigars, etc. ALL forms of smoking are prohibited.
Hotel Teatro requires guests to be at least 21 years of age. Guests must present a valid form of ID and a credit card upon arrival in order to reserve and check into a room.

Hotel Teatro is conveniently located just two blocks from the Colorado Convention Center, a short walk through the Theater District downtown Denver.
Hotel Teatro is proud to provide hotel guests with the bonus amenity of our complimentary luxury rides to and from any destination within 2 miles of the hotel’s address (1100 Fourteenth Street, Denver 80202) This service is available on a first-come-first-serve basis.
We do not offer shuttle service to and from Denver International Airport, however our concierge is happy to help arrange private transportation with notice. Denver is a ride-share friendly city, with both Uber and Lyft readily available at DEN. We also recommend taking the new RTD A-line from DIA to Union Station! Be sure to call the hotel’s bell & valet so we can pick you up from union station via our courtesy hotel car. For schedule information, visit the RTD website.
Hotel Teatro does offer late check out, which will be based on hotel availability. If late check out is available, there is a fee of $50.00 per hour after check out time of noon.
Many visitors don’t know that Colorado sees on average 300 days of sunshine throughout the year, but the weather can vary significantly day to day. While summers are warm and full of sunshine, Fall, Winter and Spring all bring cooler evenings. Be sure to pack a variety of clothes when visiting Denver, including a jacket! Guests of Hotel Teatro can enjoy same day laundry services provided by a third party. Laundry must be given to the Front Desk by 8am to have it back the same day. Express services are available for an additional fee, however, they must also be received at the Front Desk by noon. Prices vary.

Each room is equipped with a Keurig and an assortment of coffees and teas. Not familiar with this coffee maker? We’ve provided some tips and tricks alongside your coffee pods. You can also enjoy La Colombe coffee from our lobby, or purchase a specialty coffee from very own barista in The Study, grab one to-go, or cozy up by the fire. Our coffee is available to your 24/7, our front desk team has barista training and can make sure you’re caffeinated when you need it.
While we don’t have a full-service spa onsite, we do offer select med spa services onsite through our trusted partner, Evolve or schedule a service with them at their location and recieve a 10% discount exclusively for Hotel Teatro guests. Hotel Teatro does not have a formal business center, but our staff is pleased to print out any guest requested items up to 20 pages, in black and white. $.10/copy over 20 pages in black and white, and $.20/copy for pages in color.
Every guest room at Hotel Teatro does have it’s very own mini-fridge. They are disguised by our wood cabinetry, oftentimes in the cabinets directly below your television!
