Chef Franco, our executive chef, is embarking on an exciting new journey with us — The 10 x 10 Tasting Menu.
This exclusive experience will feature 10 creative courses, offered to the first 10 guests who book, for 10 months of the year, with collaborations from 10 local chefs.
Guests will be seated together at our chef’s table, creating an intimate and communal dining experience designed to inspire conversation and connection among fellow food lovers.
The tasting is priced at $150 per person for the 10 courses, with an optional 10-course wine pairing from local winery Carboy for $100. Not a wine lover? Our full cocktail menu will also be available. We look forward to wining, dining, and connecting with you at The Nickel.
