At Hotel Teatro, we understand that pets are part of the family. We are delighted to welcome you and your furry companion to our hotel. To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all our guests, we have established the following pet policy.

1. Pet Fee:

Pets are welcome at our hotel at no additional charge. While no fee will be applied to your room, additional cleaning will be performed after your departure to ensure the comfort of future guests.

2. Size and Breed:

We welcome all well-behaved dogs. While we do not have a strict weight limit, we ask that you inform us of your dog’s breed and size at the time of booking. We reserve the right to refuse any animal that displays aggressive behavior.

3. Leash and Supervision:

For the safety and comfort of all guests, your pet must be kept on a leash or in a carrier at all times when outside of your guest room. Pets must be supervised at all times and should not be left unattended in any public areas of the hotel.

4. Housekeeping Service:

To ensure the safety of our housekeeping staff, please arrange a time for servicing your room when your pet is not present. You can do this by contacting the front desk to schedule a convenient time.

5. Unattended Pets:

If you need to leave your pet unattended in your room, we require that they be secured in a crate or pet carrier. This is to ensure their safety and the safety of our staff. Please leave your mobile number with the front desk so we can contact you in case of an emergency.

6. Pet Relief Areas:

A designated pet relief area is located on the hotel grounds. We kindly ask that you clean up after your pet in all areas of the hotel and dispose of waste in the provided receptacles.

7. Damage to Hotel Property:

As a pet owner, you are responsible for any damage caused by your pet to the hotel room or property. Any costs associated with repairs or excessive cleaning will be charged to your account.

8. A Peaceful Environment:

We strive to maintain a peaceful and quiet environment for all our guests. If your pet becomes disruptive and the noise is not curtailed, you may be asked to make alternative arrangements for your pet.
